The Most Amazing White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

Yield 18-24 cookies

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt.  Set it aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and both sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs and the vanilla.
  5. Gently mix in the flour mixture until combined.
  6. Fold in chips and nuts.
  7. Spray cookie sheets and form about 18 to 24 cookies.
  8. Bake 9-12 minutes until golden, turning sheet around every FIVE minutes.  {Very important.}
  9. Transfer to wire racks and let cool.
  10. Share them with people you love and make them happy!
