Apple Cranberry Crumble

Yield 6-8 servings

Recipe adapted from Debbie Daly in Florence, Kentucky.



  1. Combine the sugar and cornstarch in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in the diced apples and cranberries.
  3. Transfer it all to a buttered 2-qt. baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, and flour.
  5. Mash in the butter pieces using a large spoon until the mixture is crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle it over the apples and cranberries.
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and topped with ice cream!
